1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and viptktk ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at https://viptktk.net and all associated services, features, and content made available through that domain.

By completing the registration process and creating an account on viptktk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account, and you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the viptktk platform regardless of the device, browser, or method used to access it. They apply equally to the casino section, the live dealer lobby, the sportsbook, all promotional features, and all payment-related services made available through the platform.

1.1 Language of Agreement

These Terms are written and published in English, which is the binding language of the agreement. Any translation provided for reference purposes is a courtesy only and does not carry legal weight. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between the English text and any translated version, the English text shall prevail without exception.

1.2 Updates to These Terms

viptktk reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including but not limited to changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or prohibited conduct definitions — registered users will be notified via email to the address on record and/or via a prominent notice displayed within the logged-in platform. Your continued use of viptktk following the notification of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the viptktk platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or access any real-money feature on viptktk. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies without exception. viptktk employs identity verification procedures — including KYC document checks — to enforce this requirement. Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. All deposits made to that account will be returned to the originating payment method, and any winnings generated will be forfeited in their entirety.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Capacity

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using an online gaming platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. viptktk does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. You must not use viptktk if doing so would violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance in your location.

You must also have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are acting under a guardianship, power of attorney, or any other legal limitation on your capacity, you may not register an account or use the platform.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on viptktk. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual (identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address), viptktk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals held therein.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the real-money features of viptktk, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. viptktk relies on the accuracy of this information for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide at a minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile number associated with your preferred payment method. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information. Providing inaccurate details — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 KYC Verification

Before your first withdrawal is processed, viptktk will require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identity document — such as your National Identity Card (NID) or passport — along with proof of address where required. KYC is a one-time requirement; once your account has been verified, your status is retained unless viptktk determines that a further review is necessary. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required period will have their withdrawal functionality suspended.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. viptktk strongly recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling any two-factor authentication options made available on the platform.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify viptktk support immediately at [email protected]. viptktk will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, except where such losses result directly from a security failure on the part of the platform itself.

3.4 Accurate Information Obligation

You must promptly notify viptktk of any changes to the information you provided at registration, including a change of address, phone number, or email address. Maintaining accurate contact information is particularly important for the purpose of account recovery, withdrawal processing, and promotional communications. Requests to update account information must be submitted through the support channels available on the platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

viptktk facilitates real-money deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the payment channels listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may change without prior notice.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on viptktk is ৳500 per transaction. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance within seconds of payment confirmation by the relevant mobile financial service. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard are subject to standard card processing times and 3D-Secure authentication. viptktk does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which viptktk bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 10 to 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Card withdrawals may take longer depending on the issuing bank. viptktk reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing in individual cases. 4.3 Payment Method Consistency

To comply with anti-money laundering obligations, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where reasonably practicable. viptktk may request documentary evidence confirming ownership of the payment method before processing a withdrawal. Requests to withdraw to a different method from the one used for deposit will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require additional verification.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on viptktk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where a deposit is made from a card denominated in a foreign currency, the conversion to BDT will be applied by your card issuer at their prevailing exchange rate. viptktk does not control or guarantee currency conversion rates applied by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

viptktk offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and special promotions are governed by these general Terms and by the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages by game type, minimum bet sizes during wagering, and the expiry period will be specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the automatic cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

viptktk reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once, placing low-risk or mathematically neutral bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal variance, and using bonus funds in a manner that exploits a promotional mechanic contrary to its intent.

5.3 Promotional Eligibility

Certain promotions on viptktk are available only to players who meet specific eligibility criteria — such as players who have not previously claimed a welcome offer, players who have made a deposit within a specified window, or players who opt in within a defined time frame. Players are responsible for reviewing eligibility criteria before participating in any promotion. Participation in a promotion to which you are not entitled constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5.4 Seasonal Promotions

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. viptktk reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at its discretion, including in response to patterns of play that suggest professional advantage play or exploitation of pricing errors in the sportsbook.

6.4 Voided Bets and Technical Errors

viptktk reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error — including an obviously incorrect odds price, a game loading error, or a platform-side technical fault. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance in full. Winnings generated as a result of a manifest error are not payable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

viptktk maintains a strict code of conduct for all registered players. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. viptktk reserves the right to take immediate remedial action — including account suspension and balance forfeiture — where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.

7.1 Fraud and Misrepresentation

You must not engage in any fraudulent activity in connection with your use of viptktk. This includes providing false identity information during registration or KYC, using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods, impersonating another person, or making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after a deposit has been used for wagering.

7.2 Money Laundering

viptktk is committed to the prevention of money laundering and financial crime. You must not use the viptktk platform for the purposes of depositing and withdrawing funds without engaging in genuine wagering activity — a practice commonly known as "washing" funds. All suspicious activity is reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. viptktk cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating financial crime.

7.3 Collusion and Match Fixing

Collusion between players in multiplayer game formats, and any attempt to fix, influence, or obtain advance knowledge of the outcome of any sporting event or game offered on the platform, is strictly prohibited. Where viptktk identifies or is notified of suspected collusion or match fixing, all affected bets will be voided, all associated accounts will be closed, and the matter will be referred to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement body.

7.4 Automated Play and Software Exploitation

You must not use bots, scripts, automated tools, or any software designed to interact with the viptktk platform in a manner not expressly permitted by these Terms. You must not attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software. Where such exploitation results in a financial gain, viptktk reserves the right to recover those funds and close the relevant account.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

viptktk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following section outlines the circumstances under which account action may be taken and the process that applies.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

viptktk may suspend an account — meaning temporarily restricting access to login, deposit, wagering, and withdrawal functionality — in the following circumstances: a KYC verification is pending and the required documents have not been submitted within the requested timeframe; unusual activity is detected on the account that warrants security review; a player has requested a cooling-off period or self-exclusion; or viptktk is required to act in response to a legal or regulatory obligation.

8.2 Grounds for Permanent Closure

viptktk may permanently close an account where it has determined that the player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; where the account has been registered using false identity information; where the account holder is found to be under the age of 18; or where viptktk is required to do so by law or by an order of a competent authority. Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited following completion of the investigation process.

8.3 Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Where a player requests self-exclusion — a measure intended for players who are concerned about problem gambling — the account will be closed and re-registration will be blocked for the period specified by the player. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt. Any balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

8.4 Effect of Closure on Pending Wagers

Where an account is closed while wagers are pending settlement — whether in-play bets, open casino rounds, or unsettled sportsbook markets — viptktk will settle those wagers in accordance with the standard rules applicable to each bet or game type. Winnings from settled bets will be returned to the player's account for withdrawal processing, subject to the outcome of any ongoing investigation into the account.
